random thursday

Good morning. . .

I gave Evie an old magazine to rip up because she likes ripping paper A LOT. I thought nothing of the ripping sounds across the room because of said magazine so I didn’t immediately glance over to check on her. When I did glance over to check on her. . . imagine my surprise to see she had gotten my cash envelope out of my purse and was ripping MONEY! Thankfully she got just two bills and ripped them right in half (a little tape will fix it). Oh My.

I made this this week. It’s pretty tasty. I even had a little sliver for breakfast. . oh yes I did.

It is supposed to cool off today and rain and generally FEEL LIKE FALL. Sign me up. I’m ready.

I am trying to mentally gear up for the massive amounts of sanding and painting I need to do in the kitchen. Want to come over to help? Jonathan has made some major progress in there this week (GO JONATHAN!). I’ll post pics soon.

Evie cut a new tooth this past week. Teeth are a terribly huge ordeal at our house. Lots of whining, holding, and movie watching. Poor thing is miserable with teeth.

My small group leader’s is having a baby and we are having a shower for her this weekend. I’m excited. I like planning parties (or showers).

I’ve been busy sewing. Lots and lots of sewing. I will share pictures of all those projects soon too.
